15 Months

"I'm going to do it Mom...are you going to stop me?"

"Haha, you weren't fast enough!"

"I'd better get out of here quick before she catches me, I'll use my special riding backwards technique for a quick escape!"

So, of course I think Kyson is the cutest boy in the whole world...but lately I swear he is! He is so sweet gives hugs and kisses, loves to play with me, says Mama, Dada, Papa, Vroom-Vroom, ball, uh-oh, yee-haw, LOVES reading and can recognize and point to pictures of cows, ducks, dogs, birds, monkeys, dinosaurs, balls, spoons, phones, frogs, etc. He learns something new everyday and it is so fun!

He has started climbing on things, as seen in the pictures above, and every now and then he throws a little tantrum, but all-in-all he is a bit sweet heart!

At his 15 month appointment he was 33.5 inches long (95%) and 22.6 lbs (25%)...he's going to be just like his dad, tall and lean! We LOVE LOVE LOVE Kyson and are so glad he's ours!

The silhouette and the truck

Our big purchases of the summer were a silhouette electronic cutter for me, and a truck for Clark. Clark got the truck for his business, and we are definitely glad he did. He has stayed very busy with his work, enough so that I am dropping down to one night a work a week starting next week!!! It's also so nice to have 2 cars again, on days when Clark is gone working all day I can still go to town and get some errands done.

I had been wanting a silhouette forever, and finally I had a couple gift cards from work to buy one with. I really haven't done much with it as far as crafts go, but I've used it a lot for Clark's business, and it has worked like a charm. Someday...when school is over...and life is less crazy (although I've heard life never gets less crazy...I hope this isn't true:) I will do more with the silhouette and make fun things for my house, but for now, it was a great business investment. I made a bunch of business polos, vinyl for the truck, and some signs to put up in yards.

So, if you are in the Magic Valley and need your windows washed or your Christmas lights hung, I know just the guy! Thanks Jami for the Zing logo!

Three Years!!!

Three years ago we got married....and I can't believe it's been three years already. But in a sense, it feels like we've been married for ten. I can't really remember life without Clark, and now without Kyson.

Oh the joys of living by my mother! We drove down to Utah, dropped Kyson off with my mom and had such a fun weekend. We went to Harry Potter....finally....went to Katie Damstra's wedding reception and saw some of my favorite girls, got our lap top fixed, ate at Maddox (love those rolls!), then we headed up to Park City where we did a little shopping, swam and hot tubbed, ate at Baja Cantina, went on the Alpine Slides and just had ourselves a great time!

Love them.

Chair made out of skis

Ever since we knew we were taking this trip, I told Clark and wanted to go to Baja Cantina because a couple years ago they were voted Utah's best Guacamole restaurant. So....we spent 9$ on a big bowl of Guaco, and Clark was very disappointed. We like our own Guaco tons better!!
