Wyatt Riot 2011

First time roaming the grass after the LONG drive from Texas!
Fun horse rides

I think Kyson liked this cat a lot more than it liked him.

The whole gang...minus Roger, Alicia and Kendall who we missed!!

These four babies plus Kendall were all born within a year of eachother...the Fab Five!

Snow Canyon Hike

Cousins!

Hailey and I attempting to figure out the backpack

Fun water park in St. George, Kyson hated it at first, but with a little prying and cousin and mom involvement, he puled through and was sitting in it by the end.

Hazel and Kyson

At Paige's for Sunday dinner

The group bath didn't go over as well as expected.

Scum.
Barbies while parents are playing scum.

Thanks to Paige and Matt for an AWESOME reunion.  A couple highlights of the trip were:
  • Being in a BEAUTIFUL place for the weekend with people we love.
  • Roy tipping over twice in the blue chair
  • Matt running into the living room, dressed in his volunteer fireman outfit
  • Horse back rides, fishing, hiking, horseshoes, and spotlighting (I didn't know what this was either, you drive around in a truck, or other vehicle of choice, and search for deer)
  • Clark's sunburnt lips
  • Four wheeler ride up to Matt's parents property
  • Going on morning runs in such a serene place...and gasping for breath because of the HUGE elevation change.
  • Getting lost off the trail at Snow Canyon with 5 adults and 7 kids and no water or food
  • The pizza factory, the water park, the St. George temple

Last Weeks in Texas

Our last couple weeks in Texas were a blur! Clark got into school in Idaho, so we made a quick decision and moved back home. We learned so many important things in Texas and we are so grateful for all the wonderful friends and memories we made.

We sold my Tercel to a good ol' Oklahoma boy and packed the Civic full. We drove to Amarillo Texas the first night, and made it to Pine Valley, Utah to Paige and Matt's the second night. Kyson did so well traveling, we only had to result to Baby Einstein and Cheetos once or twice!

Our friends the Erhart's, they had us over for a BBQ the first month we moved to Texas and we've loved doing things with them ever since

Last dinner at Pappasitos, these ladies took me in from day one and were my "Texas Mom's"

Love these girls, we all had husbands in school and little kidlets. We would craft together, do play dates, and swap tending. I will miss them soooooo much!

The Corbridge's. They lived in the next building over from us and we became like family. This was our last game night with them:( Well, not the last one hopefully, we've sworn to try to get our husbands to have jobs near eachother. How's that Boise job coming Mike???
We slept on the floor for a week once the moving company took our stuff.

Tired boys after a days drive in our hotel in Amarillo Tx

Poor Kyson, he was crammed in back with all our stuff. This hand sanitizer bottle really saved the day.
